Shipping policy

I ship via DHL nationally and internationally.  

Delays

After giving your orders to the shipping carrier I will not be responsible for shipping delays. I will have the same informations as you will, following tracking. Please check your tracking regularly, shipping carriers don't always leave a notification if you're not home.

Breakage

I pack your order carefully and have an excellent history of parcels arriving safely to their owners. I am however not able to file a claim in the country it's being shipped to, in case something breaks. It is impossible if the sender doesn't have an address in the recipient's country. The customer will have to file a claim.

Issues

If an order is returned to me because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or if you have not collected your order from the shipping company,  then there would be a second shipping fee to send it out again, unless the address error was my mistake. If you’d prefer a refund then the refund would be for the order value minus actual P&P costs.
