Handcarved Porcelain Mugs

Each piece is finished with hand-painted 22k gold luster, fired a third time at 800°C to bring out its shine. Because it’s real gold, the surface is delicate, so these pieces are best kept out of the dishwasher and microwave.

My potter's mark is on the base.

Materials & Firing Process

• Material: High-quality ceramic stoneware, lead-free, food safe glazes

• Bisque Fired at: 900°C

• Glaze Fired at: 1230°C

• Additional fires for Gold Lustre at: 790°C; Mother of Pearl lustre at: 625°C

• Finish: Smooth, hand-sanded base

• Dishwasher Safe: Yes, but hand washing is recommended for longevity.
